WordPress websites are the biggest hacker target on the internet simply because WordPress powers the largest percentage of websites on the internet.

The security of your WordPress website is your responsibility and if you don’t keep it secure and it gets hacked and infected with malware, you put your hosting company at risk and they can blacklist you.

In order to keep your website secure, it’s vital to keep on top of updates to WordPress itself, your theme and plugins. In order to be able to restore your website if it gets hacked, it’s essential that you do regular backups.

You sure can! Although my care plans are created for websites I design or re-design, I very much welcome clients who are looking for a long term partnership with a dedicated website solution provider.

First I will need to do a review of your WordPress website to see if you would be suitable for one of my website care plans. This would be billed at my current rate. Once the review is complete, I will suggest a care plan that best suits you and your business.

No, it doesn’t. The support time in your website care plan is set aside each month and is not rolled over. This is so I can best allocate my time and dedicate myself to each client.

That’s fine. If you need more hours consistently, then we can look at changing your website care plan. If you need more hours in a given month, just email me and let me know how many extra hours you’d like for that month.  I will invoice you for the extra hours at my hourly rate.

Yes, that’s no problem. If you find your business would benefit from a different website care plan, simply email me. I do require at least one week notice before you want to change.  Your plan and invoice will be adjusted and can start the next month.

Since I don’t offer hosting, this falls outside of what’s included in the website care plan.  I would need to liaise with your hosting company in order to help resolve the issue. I’m happy to do that and my time will be charged at my hourly rate.

No, I don’t offer hosting. However, I’d be happy to chat with you about hosting. I recommend Siteground. It’s where I host my websites and it’s also the hosting platform I use for all of my development sites for my clients.  Siteground offers managed WordPress plans including installation, automated migrations, automatic updates, advanced caching and expert support.

After signing my Service Agreement, you’ll be invoiced monthly on the first of every month for that month’s website care plan. I offer easy monthly billing – your invoices will be paid automatically by the credit card you have on file and you’ll be sent a receipt for the payment.
